A problem in the Weblinks directory
Once I contributed a weblink in ArchNets web directory. That was http://www.archsociety.info which is a newly growing online community of architecture students and professionals. Here is the link: http://archnet.org/library/web-directory/one-website.jsp?website_id=14947 But this site has been changed its domain name to http://www.archsociety.com few weeks ago. I tried to find out any option in the web directory page to edit the link to http://www.archsociety.com myself. But I couldnt find out any way to do that. I wrote an email informing this problem to archnet@mit.edu , no one responded. ArchNet Admins may conceder to put an edit option in the webdirectory system, or the support service by email may be more efficient. Regards, Tauheed

Mohammad,

Thank you for the contribution. The correction has been made and your criticism noted. The website link can be found here. It's no excuse, but we have a very large backlog of materials and emails that comes in daily from our growing membership. It is getting more difficult to respond in a timely fashion.

Many thanks for your kind consideration.
However, why you people are not welcoming us to participate with you to share your jobs? I think many of this community are interested or experienced about web related tasks. So you can increase the number of administrators or moderators or editors by welcoming skilled and interested people from the community.

As I would feel honored and happy to share your jobs and headaches. :)

Mohammad,

I wish we had both the budget and space to grow. One way to help us is to be a regular contibutor to ArchNet in the Discussion Forum, with news items, calendar events, or with images. While this is unpaid, it does help build the community.
