Historic Preservation

Post-war reconstruction (WWII)
Dear All,

I'm doing a thesis on post WW2 reconstruction. I am researching Warsaw and some German cities, but I am interested in different cities with different approaches to reconstruction too.

I am looking at historic urban fabrics in particular. If anybody has an input or can think of a city with such an experience, please let me know.

Thank you.

Try researching historic cities which were bombed by the Germans:- London, Coventry, Amsterdam, Leningrad, etc.
