Topic for Debate

relationship between human and built environment
The relationship between human and built environment can vary in three different ways,
a) Over the time, human interest in that built environment increases.
b) Over the time, human interest in that built environment remains constant.
c) Over the time, human interest in that built environment decreases.
I am looking for some examples for these three states.

Saleh, Surely the relationship between human and the built environment depends upon localised concentrations of usable resources such as water, etc? Therefore, as these resources vary so does the population.
