Theory and Criticism

Commercial Architecture
I have a project to design a commercial building in a space that has social, political and historical meanings and also have a high commercial value and the businessmen consider it as the best place to invest.
So what I try to answer how can buildings be commercial and social at the same time ? how we can emphasize these social and historical meanings through commercial building? and how it'll be perceived by the businessmen and the public ?

Mohammed, I would say that the less you interfere visually with the surrounding architectural ambience the better the design.
