Can you explain this better. What is the actual subject? Is this refering to public squares or agoras? Not going to get far Shady, without an explaination.

I second Shiraz's posting. You need to explain more. The subject can be interpreted in so many different ways; one of which would be "Architecture for Promoting Democracy"...dealing with government buildings, courthouses, ...etc, another would be "Democratizing the Process of Creating Architecture"... dealing with citizien participation in planning and design decision making processes, another possible interpretation would be dealing with expression in architecture and the impact of symbolism and the Athenian democracy and justice, another important possibility would be linking some concepts from Islamic Tradition to Democracy such as the concept of "Shura", and relating it to the contemporary interpretation of democratic principles in the building process (the housing environment and the strucuture of the city would be the scene for this interpretation)...etc.

I believe Archnet community can give you great input, if you elaborate on the theme and the idea of the project and what is the true goal and your personal motivations in this project.

Good Luck.

In fact the project is so flexible till now..i'll have a feed on it next sunday from dr. Abd-Elhalim Ibrahim (my proff.)..but till now i think that the idea is how the architectural product may share all powers of the society to achive a real democracy in our life.

Dear Shady,
I think you should know what you want to say before starting the discussion. The main subject you choose is your subject it is not open for our interpretation. It is open only for our discussion.

Thanks Shady. We hope to hear from you after your Sunday meeting. I believe that the overall theme "how the architectural product may share all powers of the society to achieve a real democracy in our life" involves many interpretations, would be good if they are narrowed down. Look forward to know Dr. Abdel Halim's Interpretation that will guide you throughout the process.
