Paperless practice
Has IT really changed architectural processes or the more things change, the more they stay the same. With introduction of CAD, I envisioned space being defined like in the "matrix". But alas! Prints and prints still litter my desk. Can architecture really go paperless? Help.

Paperless practice
Dear Joab

I share your disappointments but I think Architecture is a practical discipline. the design must eventually be translated to a building on site. You can hardly hold a site meeting or give the workmen on site virtual drawings in diskettes or laptops. It's cheaper to print. I think we will be printing for a while.
