The Aga Khan Museum in Toronto, Canada, will realise the vision of His Highness the Aga Khan to show the multiplicity of voices with which Islam speaks, through material culture, music and thought. The first institution of its kind in North America, the Museum, designed by Fumihiko Maki and the gardens by Vladimir Djurovic, presented here through conceptual sketches, renderings, technical drawings and text, will be dedicated to the dissemination of knowledge and contribute to a deeper understanding among cultures.
