This project will support programs to improve conflict management through the early warning system tool, REACH, for 40 community based groups. ACTED will ensure training on how to utilize the mapping tool, on data collection, community mobilization and community-based governance. Moreover, ACTED will distribute 20 thematic maps to each target community as well as a community specific maps to each of the 40 communities and will organize 3 regional forums across the provinces of Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken to present key findings.
