Haifa Street Development: Part Three
Baghdad, Iraq
A high-density re-housing development located on the four corners of a major intersection forming Talayi Square. It consists of 308 two-three bedroom flats arranged in 30 four-seven storey blocks with ground floor shops.

Simple, modular apartments in a clustered arrangement permit varied building heights and street blocks. Apartments have been designed to maximize cross ventilation, and for the segregation of guest and family rooms. Covered galleries connect the buildings on the ground floor.
