The 5-star hotel is located in Icheri-Shekher downtown, a UNESCO protected site. The design provides a 30-room ethnic-styled with a glass covered courtyard. The design keeps the 19th-century facade, but the internal planning has been fully changed. The project includes several restaurants of Azerbaijani cuisine, bars and souvenir shops.
