The new commercial and office facility incorporates the existing facades of an earlier block of urban shops. The design considers the block's relationship with the street and with the streetscape. The precinct here serves as a commercial link between the slightly older banking district and the recent intensively developped Golden triangle area" of Jalan Sultan Ismail.
