Explanation
of Isfahan Urban History Project grid map quadrants: The Isfahan Urban History Project team used a map
published by the National Cartographic Center of Iran in 1963 overlaid with a
grid to catalog the locations of various structures they surveyed. Sections of
the map with annotations have been digitized and are accessible here.
In a grid map annotated by Claus Breede, the room is described as a "large fancy room in house <1>, took photos 26/15 - 26/21...." and as "Home with small square room, painting on walls and ceiling with portraits, angels and dragons." AKDC.2015.0004.0130v, pages for quadrants D-14 and E-14.
