Prabhu Foods Mushroom Cultivation Plant
Mysore, India
A food plant that processes up to 100 kg of mushrooms daily and employs four people. It is arranged in three individual single-storey, vaulted roof buildings. The walls are constructed of stabilised mud block, and the vaults are constructed of brick. The design was conceived as a work in process on site, with close collaboration between the architect and masons.
