The development consists of 143 units of terrace factories, 20 units of semi-detached factories and one detached factory. The layout of the development is centered around a green core which provides common recreational facilities and is designed to take advantage of the future park development across the Batu River. Bright colors are carefuly used to break up the monotony and to enlighten the streetscape.
