The complex consists of six, three-storey buildings containing housing units. Each building also three floors, a penthouse, two swimming pools, two health clubs, two party rooms in the complex and a children playground. All floors are identical containing four bedrooms, maids room, four bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room. The total area of each floor is 250m2.
