The complex consists of four three-storey buildings containing housing units. Each building also three floors, a penthouse, two swimming pools, two health clubs, two party rooms in the complex and a children playground. All floors and basement are identical with three bedrooms, maids room, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room. The total area of each floor is 200m2. The penthouse is 100m2 and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room, and two terraces.
