Women in Turkish Architecture: Sites

<div>The İş Bank Cultural Publications building in the Caddebostan section of Kadıköy, was designed by architect Elif Özdemir as one of &nbsp;Türkiye İş Bankası's "kitabevi"s, or bookstores, exclusively for the sale of bank-funded publications, in 2008. The interior was designed with attention to unity of color and graphic design, with stainless steel &nbsp;incorporated into the walls and ceilings.
