This four-storey building was one of the first buildings built on Boulevard Pasteur.&nbsp;it currently houses the Regional Tourism Authority and the&nbsp;Abdellah Guennoun Library, but it was originally the Dar es-Salaf, or Debt Enforcement Administration for the ports of Morocco.
