This office building, with ground-floor commercial space, stands out as a unique structure with its solid mass form, modular façade, open courtyard and terraces. It creates a green work environment with a distinguished architecture, in contrast to its chaotic surroundings. The structural system consists of a regular grid of 8m by 6m with concrete columns without beams, and the façade design combines three materials: glass, wood and white panels. Stainless steel mesh is used as a vertical sun-shading element. All the office spaces have access to natural air by windows, water is collected for the landscape and used less via touchless taps, and automated lighting lessens energy use.
