Located in one of the city’s oldest residential neighbourhoods, this simple minimalist box-like office building with its simple (clean) design and its volume pays attention to its context and is integrated with the surrounding. The main building structure of six storeys is reinforced concrete, visually exposed in fair-faced manner at the stairwell canyon. Composite wood and bakelite panels and aluminium joinery with thermal glazing with computer controlled aluminium blinds that move axially up and down to allow controlled sunlight penetration into the building. With a capacity of up to 70 work places, the interior finishes are made of granite and hardwood with glass screens dividers to form individual working spaces.
