Mudarraj Jabla al-Rumani
Jabla, Syria

The Theater of Jabla (Jableh), located in a small city on the Mediterranean coast of Syria, is an impressive example of Roman public architecture. Constructed from stone on top of a Phoenician temple in the first century CE, it has survived with some damage and losses caused by human activity and construction in and around the site over the centuries, apart from natural wear and tear.
