Overlooking Miami's Museum Park, this 61-story, residential tower, currently under construction, is one of the last projects of architect Zaha Hadid, and her first skyscraper in the Western hemisphere. With a glass facade with a "white exoskeleton," the building will include wellness and spa levels, as well a rooftop sun and swimming terrace, and a helipad. The building has 62 stories offering 1.3 million square feet of residential space.
