The building developed around the headquarters of Mitsulift, which occupies its top floors. The remaining part of the building was put on the market as high-end office space, with retail on the ground floor. Modular construction was used in the vertical structure, the block walls, the glazing, the Alucobond ® coverings and the GRC cladding. To minimise the effects of direct sunlight and heat intake the ceiling height was raised, and recessed slit windows were created so that openings are in the shade on the east and west. Energy-efficient technological systems such as solar heating for hot water, VRV air-conditioning machines, LED and fluorescent lighting, energy recovery, and variable speed elevators are also used.
