The mosque is planned to be the focus of social life of the village and its minaret the reference point of the entity. The center of the village includes a school, a social center, a health center, and a post office. In the first phase, 480 houses were constructed and grouped in two dwelling zones around a central square. The houses are oriented around the courtyard.
