The Cathedral of the Sacred Heart of Algiers is the cathedral of the Archdiocese of <a href="https://www.archnet.org/authorities/3499" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Algiers</a>. Constructed in 1956 and consecrated in 1963, it replaced the Cathédrale Saint-Philippe when it was returned to its original function as the <a href="https://www.archnet.org/sites/5386" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Ketchaoua Mosque</a>.
