Qal'ah-i Ardashir
Qal'ah-i Ardashir, Iran
A fortress next to Qala‘ah-i Dukhtar  on a rocky height near the modern city of Kerman. Qala‘ah-i Ardashir is about 300-350 meters above the surrounding plain. Both of these fortresses were made by Ardashir I in the 3rd century CE.
