This U-shaped family residence was built by local craftsmen using materials from the region. It comprises spacious living areas, including five bedrooms and a library, as well as an indoor swimming pool and a gym. Inspired by the traditional Bosnian house, it was built next to an ancient orchard and around an inner courtyard facing south. The glass façades enclosing the latter allow its inhabitants to feel connected to the exterior surroundings while preserving their privacy in a very dense neighbourhood. The back of the house is almost completely closed by a concrete and stone wall that deepens this sense of intimacy.
