This 2-story hotel was the the main feature of the Dawliz Complex of shops, restaurants, a cafe, and movie theater that opened in the early 1990s.&nbsp;That venture did not succeed, and the hotel was closed in 2004. In 2006 it was acquired by the Fredj hotel, and underwent a prolonged renovation. In 2018 reopened, and some retail businesses have returned to the property.&nbsp;
