Blue Rythm Office Building
Latakia, Syria

Built on a plot area of 107m2 in a residential area, the office building for small businesses serves also as a clinic for the local community. The volumes of the façade, made of glass to provide natural light, create a visual impact on the surroundings through creating irregular mass projections that gives rhythm and breaks in its context. Thermal and acoustic glazing systems, sourced from local companies and manufactured in local workshops, were used to reduce the use of air-conditioning.
