The complex houses the local corporate headquarters as well as the main storage warehouse and distribution centre for bottled water products.&nbsp;The two upper floors contain offices; the ground floor contains the warehouse and distribution facilities, carefully planned for ease-of-access by lorries, and employee parking is provided in the basement.&nbsp;The structure is reinforced concrete; post-tensioned concrete slabs span distances from five to 24 metres.&nbsp;Seven steel columns rise at an incline to a height of 10 metres to support the cantilevered front portion of the upper office floors; at ground level, the columns form a monumental gateway for staff entrance.
