In addition to over 500 retail shops, the vast mall is intended as an entertainment and recreational centre that contains movie theatres, bowling alleys, a 200-room luxury hotel, many food outlets and restaurants, and a revolving theatre stage for public performances. The two-storey complex is arranged around a central, landscaped atrium from which radiate four malls conceived as racetracks; the structure is pre-cast and in-situ concrete, and the roof is steel. Tempered natural light is provided through over 10,000 square metres of skylights, and interior landscaping covers ten percent of the floor area, with 24 water pools and fountains. Underground parking accommodates 7,000 vehicles.
