This dual-purpose villa is used both as the client’s private residence and a space to hold big public charitable events. The three-storey building with a basement is divided into separate sections that have different functions: the residential section; and the public section, with offices, a hall for meetings, an industrial kitchen, and access to the roof garden. The distinct functions are hidden from public view by the uniform element of the facade. The basement is a multifunctional space with parking, mechanical enclosure, and audiovisual equipment. Together with the public rooms, the courtyard is also used for events.
