The head office building has two basement levels and seven above-ground floors, and provides workspace for 800 people. It incorporates a large head office bank branch, auditorium, boardroom suite, archiving facility, main vault, cafeteria, and data center. The two basement floors provide parking, and there is further parking for visitors at ground level around the base of the building. The mechanical plant is completely hidden behind a storey-high parapet on the roof, which provides a strong, clean roofline. The landscaped plaza at ground level has been left accessible to visitors and a large canopy shades the entrance. There are 100 palm trees planted on site, which will in time provide dense, natural shade.
