A 46-hectare, mixed-use and planned residential community, the project is located in Dubailand, and is the showcase project of a private, real-estate development company in Dubai. The development includes 450 three- and four- bedroom townhouses, 50 detached "villas", and 89 apartments ranging from studios to two bedrooms. There is a mosque for up to 700 worshippers, parking areas, outdoor sports facilities, pools and a gym, and health and wellness facilities. In addition, the development focuses on renewable energy, and environmental sustainability through a renewable energy program and an urban farm with 11 bio domes and apiary, which contains allotment gardens for residents.
