2015-18 Survey

This area has become a park in Fairly dense Shisham by Tughluqabad Fort. What are thought to be the remains of this structure can be found in a badly ruined state among the park shrubbery. A cenotaph remains, but no mihrab arches could be found.

[Paragraph 2 of the 2015-18 Survey Description Translated with Google Translate]

[Wall Mosque] Photos from 1959-62 show that the three mihrabs are relatively far apart, the central one is somewhat tall, and has multi-petaled decoration. Both ends of the west wall collapsed in 1959-62, and it is unclear whether there are side walls or towers. A distinctive feature is that the top decoration is not double-sided, but the west side is a gently curved arc, and there is no decoration on the protruding part of the central mihrab. There is also a vase-shaped decoration in the corner of the tombstone base.
