The sea-front house is built with a new architectural concept and design. The architectural design for the land use of the total area of 250m2 is very distinctive. The house is two-storeys with half-open spaces and the small garden in front, and a garage and apartment, reached by a side entrance. The structure is of reinforced concrete, the walls and the partitions are timber frame and sandwich panels with necessary insulation for the humidity, noise and heat.
