The house is designed and built by the architect. It is programmed according to the well-defined climatic characteristics of Ankara Plains in the central part of Turkey. It's a part of a large-scale housing estate capable to settle 30,000 people. The basic decision is to use half-levels and to create the continuity of the space inside. Reinforced concrete and bricks are used for the structure. the dominant color inside and outside is lime white.
