The complex consists of semi-detached elements, one to three-storeys high, with a combination of open courts and flat roofs. These features are organized around circulation routes which aim to increase the spatial importance toward the south. The center opens onto a large, terraced area designed to give onto an extensive green zone overlooking the sea.
