Using local materials, skills, and arts and anthropological spaces, the 5.2 x 6 metre constructions are designed to deliberately avoid "modernisation". Serving as an example in a larger development programme of 3'000 houses in the coming years, ten houses of two different types - with or without terraces - have been completed.
