Three small houses in the medina of Hammamet were restored and reorganized as secondary summer residences. The houses comprise courtyards onto which rooms open, and terraces which overlook the walls of the town and Hammamet Bay. The provision of guestrooms and generous seating areas and the opening up of the house to natural light and sun were the principal concerns of the architects and clients.
