The factory produces polypropylene threads for use in the carpet industry. Administration and service are housed in the left wing, while the manufacturing facilities are on the right, in a double-height space. The reinforced concrete structure is clad in limestone, and the 150 m-long Pharaonic-style cornice is made of GRC panels.
