The project comprises two structures. Block A is an administrative building of four floors and includes office and conference facilities as well as a rest house for guests on the top floor. Block B serves as a space for the administrative needs of guests' personnel, hotel-style accommodation and a majlis. While modern in character, the project's functions are designed around a traditional patio which has a modern glass cover.
