The construction consists of a new, low-cost housing settlement on the northern outskirts of the town. The development of 65 units comprises terraced houses and a central commercial complex. Each two-storey unit is based on a simple, rectangular plan. The ground floor includes four rooms and a large patio, decorated with ceramic tiles, and used as an extension to the internal spaces. The upper floor reflects the same spatial organization, with all rooms opening onto a gallery overlooking the ground floor patio. All openings are internaly oriented.
