An apartment block with 13 flats with floor areas between 145 square metres to 202 square metres on six floors. The complex has an indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi in the basement, and a green-terraced rooftop with a small wooden pavilion for residents' use with a view overlooking the city. The building has a steel-framed structure and composite concrete floors. The walls and facades are in brick and white cement plaster.
