Conversion of a residential building to accommodate a highly unusual brief -- a corporate headquarters, combined with a foundation school run by the company as an outreach programme. This duality of function finds expression in the facade, which pairs the modern with the regional. On the lower two floors, the school areas are characterised by exposed brick, warm colours and large semi-open courtyards. The office accommodation above is climatically controlled, but large glazed surfaces maintain its openness to nature.
