This medium rise complex displays varying building heights; the ground floor level is occupied by shops and commercial premised. The first building stage involved 62 flats and its success determined the construction of the remaining structures. Elevations have been treated in a sober but distinctive fashion, displaying sun screens, loggias pierced by round arches, coloured-ochre shutters and horizontal dark-blue bands enhancing the white of the rendered facades. Provision has been made to provide maximum privacy to each flat and to landscape the site.
