The ground floor is divided into two areas separated by three booths. The entrance hall and reception are preceded by an open space covered by a porch and, lead into a large exhibition hall with a recording studio. The library is situated beyond the three booths and is built on two storeys. A staircase, placed at the back of the building leads up to the roof which accommodates an open air auditorium. The stage is located above the recording studio and the rows of seats, which follow a terraced arrangement, slope upwards and constitute the roof covering the two-storey high library.
