A playful glass facade distinguishes this seven storey building that houses both office and commercial functions. The facade for each storey is articulated as two glass squares, framed, for the most part, by a concrete border. Each of the glass surfaces is treated with geometric designs and geometric patterns that play off one another in 'a theme and variations on a theme' medley of surfaces and patterns. This treatment is also picked up on the interior of the building, with simple yet varied ornamentation.
