The Service civic center 'Sahovat' complex of the Association of farm 'Somonien' is built in the central part of Matchi district at the crossroads of main interdistrict vehicular road and central road of the farm. The complex building is one of the great projects of such service in the region. All required for services sector are in the complex and available to people and farm workers. Local building and innovative facing materials, and servicing facilities are widely used in the construction of the complex.
