The architect, in order to provide an inclusive backdrop for cultural events, has opted for an abstraction of a contemporary design. The complex includes a 500-seat theatre and exhibition hall, connected to a smaller theatre and darkroom in an adjoining structure and a third structure containing a library, multimedia room and offices. The complex is tied together by a landscaped piazza with water features.
